Request for Proposal

Village of Kekoskee Lawn Maintenance

The following proposal is needed for the Village of Kekoskee: 2026 Maintenance of the downtown Kekoskee park lawns and ball field as well as the lawns surrounding the Village Hall and the lift station.  The proposal is to address mowing, trimming, 4 applications of fertilizing/weed killing/winterizing chemicals, Japanese Beetle Control, trimming of the shrubs and all aspects of landscaping so that the lawns maintain a neat appearance.  Check with the Village President, Don Hilgendorf at (920) 210-2672 for details. Interested parties should submit a written proposal by mailing to: Village of Kekoskee, W3275 Hwy TW, Mayville, WI  53050.  Written proposals may also be hand-delivered by making arrangements with the President.  Envelopes should clearly state “Lawn Maintenance”.  All proposals must be in the hands of the Village President by 5:00 on February 17, 2026.  

Please note that the Village reserves the right to reject any and all proposals, to accept the proposal that the Village determines is most advantageous regardless of whether it is lowest in cost, and to negotiate with the parties submitting proposals. This Request for Proposals is not subject to the Competitive Bidding Law.
